What is the Usage Wallet, and how does metered billing work?
The Usage Wallet is an isolated prepay balance allocated strictly for real-time computational utilities: AI model inference, neural text-to-speech rendering, and telephony routing. Rather than facing surprise end-of-month overages, raw API consumption debits directly from your funded wallet with transparent line-item tracking.
What does the one-time onboarding setup fee cover?
The setup fee covers white-glove infrastructure setup and deployment by our systems engineers: complete 10DLC campaign registration and carrier vetting, custom webhook bridge configuration, CRM schema mapping, and latency-optimized SIP trunk testing prior to go-live.
How are Guam, US Territories, and international telephony rates calculated?
Standard domestic minute allowances apply exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States. Calls routed to Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and international destinations traverse specialized transpacific and subsea transit paths, billed at dedicated utility rates itemized in your portal with zero arbitrary surcharges.
What happens if my Usage Wallet runs out of funds during a call?
Active customer calls will not be dropped mid-sentence. If automated wallet replenishment is enabled, a pre-authorized top-up executes seamlessly when balance crosses your safety buffer. If auto-reload is inactive, an urgent alert triggers while active calls complete gracefully before dialing is temporarily paused.
Can I pause, downgrade, or change my core plan at any time?
Yes. Platform subscriptions can be modified at any point inside your organization settings. Plan upgrades apply immediately on a prorated basis, whereas plan downgrades and billing freezes take effect cleanly at the close of your current monthly cycle without penalty fees.
What is the cancellation policy, and are setup fees or wallet balances refundable?
You can terminate your subscription instantly from your dashboard with zero lock-in contracts. Setup fees are non-refundable as they offset setup and onboarding and engineering labor. Any remaining positive Usage Wallet balance can be reimbursed back to your original payment method upon written account closure.
Do unused Usage Wallet balances expire at the end of each month?
No. Unlike recurring base platform seats that reset on a fixed calendar schedule, deposited capital in your Usage Wallet never expires. Unused funds continuously roll forward into successive billing cycles as long as your workspace remains in good standing.
Can our finance team set strict monthly spend limits and budget alerts?
No. However, you can request for a usage spend notification above a certain amount. The team automatically monitors all customer usage spends to ensure they are on the most cost effective plan.
Which payment methods are accepted, and do you support corporate invoicing?
We accept all tier-one credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via automated Stripe clearing. For enterprise tiers with annual commitments exceeding $10,000, we also support net-30 invoicing, ACH transfer, and direct wire payments through our finance operations desk.
